The aroma has a light sweetness and subtle tart like that of a fresh grapefruit or dried apricot. Tastes of lemongrass with strong peaks and valleys of tangerine tart and pear sweetness. Notes of butterscotch and vanilla. Classic Rainfire smoothness from the bourbon barrel finish. Light thin palate, crisp and complex mouthfeel. A damn near perfect sip. Bulk Reposado Agave Spirits from Jalisco Mexico finished in bourbon barrels at Firewater Distillery in Maple Valley, WA USA
