Hand crafted in the Willamette Valley, the Amity Rose Vintage Cider is produced using traditional French and English cider apples grown locally in Amity, Oregon. Working with our local grower, these hand-picked apples are fermented in a unique style to create a vintage cider which expresses the character and terroir of the 2011 Rose Orchard harvest. Bittersweet cider apples like Kingston Black, Michelin, and Medaille DOr lend strong tannins and honeysuckle notes to this complex cider.
