Knob Creek Private Barrel Bourbon Whiskey 750ml
Description
Knob Creek Private Barrel Cask Strength delivers bold character and true exclusivity. Grapes and Grains selected this single barrel for its depth and balance. The barrel was filled on December 11, 2015, and aged in Warehouse W, Floor 2, where steady conditions shaped its flavor. After nearly ten years, the team bottled it on November 14, 2025, at a powerful 122.2 proof. As a result, this release offers a rich and focused profile that stands apart from standard bottlings.Because this bourbon comes from one barrel, it shows a personality all its own. No blending softens its edges. Instead, the whiskey speaks clearly of oak, time, and careful selection. Grapes and Grains chose this barrel for its structure and layered taste. Therefore, each sip feels intentional and memorable. On the nose, you’ll find toasted oak, warm vanilla, and deep caramel. Then notes of baking spice and roasted nuts rise from the glass. On the palate, dark maple and brown sugar lead the way.Next come hints of dried cherry, cracked pepper, and charred oak. The 122.2 proof brings weight and texture, yet the flavors stay balanced. With a splash of water, sweeter tones shine and the spice softens. The finish lingers with smoky oak and gentle heat.Enjoy it neat to experience its full strength. Or add a few drops of water to open new layers. However you pour it, this private barrel offers a rare chance to taste Knob Creek at its most personal and expressive — available only at Grapes and Grains.
