Wonderful beautiful salmon rosé made mosltly of organic Syrah grapes. The notes in the nose are like going through grandmother’s garden with raspberry bushes, strawberry plants, herb beds and cherry trees. The taste is extremely clean, elegant and streamlined. Dry and fresh – just like a rosé from the Languedoc must be. Perfect for a light tapas, a summer salad – preferably with berries, or just to quench your thirst when the sun is high.
