Wrath San Saba Vineyard Syrah Monterey 2019 750ml
Description
San Saba Vineyard Syrah channels righteous intensity through four years of bottle development that has transformed initial power into sophisticated complexity. Wrath’s passionate approach creates wines that speak with conviction while maintaining elegance and food-friendly character. Monterey’s marine influence creates growing conditions that produce Syrah with both concentration and freshness, avoiding the excessive alcohol that warmer climates often generate. The vineyard’s distinctive terroir contributes unique character that sets it apart from broader regional expressions. Extended aging has integrated tannins and developed complex secondary flavors while maintaining the variety’s essential spice and pepper character. Dark berry flavors combine with herbs and mineral notes while medium-full body creates perfect balance for both immediate enjoyment and continued cellaring. This represents cool-climate Syrah that demonstrates how specific vineyard sites can produce wines of distinctive personality and enduring appeal for collectors seeking alternatives to mainstream expressions.
