nix grenache Rose Paso Robles 2025 750ml
Description
Nix Cellars Grenache Rose 2025 is a bright Paso Robles rosé with a fresh, fruit-driven style. Made from Grenache, it captures the grape’s juicy red fruit while keeping the wine crisp and dry. As a result, it feels easy to love, yet polished enough for the table. The nose opens with strawberry, watermelon, raspberry, and blood orange. Then hints of white peach, rose petal, citrus zest, and fresh herbs add lift. On the palate, ripe red fruit leads with a clean, lively feel. Meanwhile, bright acidity keeps each sip sharp, refreshing, and mouthwatering. The texture feels smooth and light, with enough body to give the wine presence. However, it never turns heavy or sweet. Notes of wild berry, melon, orange peel, and subtle mineral carry through the finish. In addition, a faint herbal edge adds balance and keeps the fruit focused. This is a versatile Paso Robles rosé for warm days, casual meals, and relaxed dinner pours. Serve it well chilled as an aperitif, or pair it with fresh seafood, grilled shrimp, roast chicken, or salmon salad. It also works beautifully with goat cheese, charcuterie, vegetable tarts, sushi, and Mediterranean dishes.Because it combines bright fruit, dry balance, and easy charm, Nix Grenache Rose offers a refreshing choice for both rosé fans and curious new drinkers.
