This is an 18 year old rum from Jamaica’s Long Pond distillery, left to mature in a single bourbon oak cask. It was distilled in 2000, and when 2018 finally rolled around it was independently bottled by Mezan. The cask yielded 235 bottles at 57.2% ABV, bottled without chill-filtering, colouring or sweetening.

Nose: Aroma is very pleasant.
Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in taste.
Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
