DISTILLER’S NOTES:
This unaged tequila opens with an irresistible nose of cooked agave. A smooth sip reveals bright notes of citrus and grapefruit, layered with floral undertones, anise, and a touch of honey. Bold, pure, and versatile, it’s equally at home served neat or as the foundation of your favorite cocktail.
TASTING NOTES:
Overall, this is a citrusy and lively tequila. A fresh tomato scent welcomes the savory and zesty palate. Lemony acidity leads to pickled jalapeño and ginger, plus white-pepper heat.
