A ‘proper’ London Dry. We distil this one using locally-sourced London botanicals, including Kennington Park apples and linden blossom (found natively across London). This is our modern take on a classic gin style.
Distillery Information
At Jim and Tonic, we believe it’s about time quality spirits and sustainability went hand in hand. That’s why we’re ushering in the Roaring 2020’s with a new breed of gin fit for the times. We constantly pioneer methods to reduce our waste, reuse our resources and regenerate our London surroundings. We’re revolutionizing what it means to be located within the Big Smoke. We call it, Sustainable Urban Gin.
