Caribbean rum transforms an oak cask, and if you’re lucky, a cache of decades-old, darkly beautiful rum vessels find its way to your farm. We sourced a bold, spicy rye whiskey to mellow in these wise casks, and love how the soft caramel undertones find voice in the rich sweet history of these seasoned travelers. Find the balance in your journey.
