This size offers the perfect introduction to the world’s most prestigious sweet vermouth or provides just enough for special cocktail occasions without opening a full bottle. For those curious about premium vermouth’s transformative power or seeking smaller quantities of this legendary elixir, this format delivers all of Antica’s complexity in a more manageable pour. The 375ml size makes particular sense for Carpano Antica given its intensity and price point. This is vermouth that demands attention—rich, complex, and powerful enough that a little goes a long way. The half-bottle format allows exploration without the commitment of a full bottle, perfect for those upgrading from standard vermouths. Inside remains the same 1786 recipe that created the category: over 30 botanicals including Madagascar vanilla and precious saffron, aged in Slavonian oak for perfect integration. Every drop maintains the quality that makes Antica the choice of discerning bartenders worldwide.Tasting from this smaller format reveals no compromise in quality. The deep amber glow promises complexity, while the nose delivers Antica’s signature vanilla richness supported by orange peel, exotic spices, and mysterious herbs. On the palate, this vermouth shows why it commands premium prices. Initial vanilla sweetness quickly develops into sophisticated bitter-sweet interplay. Saffron adds its unmistakable note while dates and figs from oak aging provide depth. The botanical complexity seems endless—wormwood, gentian, citrus, and dozens more creating layers of flavor. Mid-palate brings chocolate hints, cherry notes, and continued spice. The finish extends remarkably, alternating sweet and bitter in perfect balance. This 375ml size provides enough for several transcendent Manhattans or Negronis, or for neat sipping to fully appreciate its complexity. It’s the perfect size for discovering why Carpano Antica remains vermouth royalty.
